Yearbooks

Maspeth High School's Yearbook, Abstracta, is published annually by the graduating class.

Abstracta, Volume V, was produced by the 2019 Yearbook Club at Maspeth High School in Queens, New York and was printed by Walsworth Publishing Company in Marceline, Missouri. The account was serviced by representatives Jessica Crankshaw and Jill Fowler.

The 2019 yearbook sold 250 copies. The theme, Watercolors, was chosen by the 2019 yearbook staff. The cover, One Drop at a Time, features a watercolor in WHITE LINENSET POLY/COT on 98 PT GRAPHIC BOARD. The end sheets contain the student signatures of the graduating class. The publication includes 140 pages in full color, and all pages are on ANTHEM PLUS/LEGEND GLOSS 100 # paper stock. Fonts used throughout the book include Agnes, Bria, CheersType, Helvetica, Tiliana, Times Roman, and Typewriter for all copy, headlines, sidebars, and captions.

The Abstracta was produced using Online Design on Apple iMacs. Pages were submitted to the publishing plant using Online Submission. Student portraits were taken by Continental Studios. Team and Club group shots were taken by the Maspeth High School Media Productions Team and the Yearbook staff.

In 2018, the Maspeth High School Yearbook Committee named the annual yearbook "Abstracta"

Walsworth Yearbooks published the Class of 2017 yearbook.

The Class of 2015 and Class of 2016 Yearbooks were published by Jostens, Inc.
